Mr. Eddie Iregbeyen Okhiria holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He has a total of over 26 years' experience in Banking. Export/Import Trade, collateral management and consultancy.
Eddie has attended several local and international courses, workshops and conferences on export finance and marketing organized by various professional bodies which includes the Chattered Institutes of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Nigerian Export Promotion Council and Nigeria Export/Import Bank (NEXIM)
Mr. Okhiria is versed in Agricultural (cocoa, rubber, cotton, sesame, seeds,cashew, sheanuts, snails etc.) Export and related transformation financing. His diligence, expertise and experience in the discharge of export financial services have been recognized with an award by the Nigerian Export / Import Bank (NEXIM).
Eddie has coordinated and facilitated training programs on International Trade and Finance for Multimix Export/Import Academy, Nigeria Export Promotion Council, and USAID among others.
He has devoted a substantial part of the last decade into practical snail farming, where he has cut a niche for himself as a farmer and specialist. He has authored two books on commercial snail farming and export
